OROVILLE — Roads throughout Butte County have been closed as this storm continues to produce flooding. Highway 99 just north of Highway 162 is flooded because of a plugged road drain, however the road has not been closed. In Chico, West Sacramento Avenue is closed between Meridian Road and River Road. River Road is also closed between Chico River Road and Ord Ferry Road. Near Gridley, the Gridley Colusa Highway is closed from Cherokee Canal to the Colusa county line.
